『Your Song』（ユア・ソング）は、エルトン・ジョン（Elton John/1947-）が1970年に発表した楽曲。邦題は『僕の歌は君の歌』。

エルトン・ジョンとバーニー・トーピンが一緒に暮らしていた頃の楽曲で、二人の共作では最初のヒット曲となった。

ジョン・レノンはこの楽曲について、「僕ら（ビートルズ）の出現以降、最初に起こった新しいこと」とコメントしているほか、雑誌ローリングストーンは「マッカートニーっぽい、かわいらしいバラード」と表現している。
