『My Girl』（マイ・ガール）は、アメリカのR&Bグループ、テンプテーションズ（The Temptations）が1964年に発表した楽曲。

ビルボードチャート（Billboard Hot 100）とR&Bシングル・チャートの両方で、テンプテーションズにとって初の1位獲得作品となった。

映画「ホーム・アローン」のマコーレー・カルキンが出演した1991年公開の映画「マイ・ガール」主題歌に使用され、リバイバル・ヒットした。続編「マイ・ガール2」でも使われた。
